maven配置阿里云私服后每次都去私服找包

如題，我在本地沒(méi)配置阿里云私服的時(shí)候，項目之間都是本地去找依賴(lài)的jar包，配置阿里云私服，我本地明明已經(jīng)install某個(gè)項目成jar包，但是其他項目在install會(huì )跑到阿里云去下載，阿里云maven私服肯定沒(méi)有我的這個(gè)包啦、請問(wèn)如何更改才能默認是本地去找。。不要網(wǎng)上復制沒(méi)用的答案，求真實(shí)的解決方案，我的是eclipse開(kāi)發(fā)工具 Could not resolve dependencies for project com.smart:smart-sso-client
